In additional to DNA methods, Ag-Biotech also offers
Iso-electric Focusing (IEF) or seed storage protein gel
electrophoresis of seeds for percent purity. As a proven test in
the Ag seed industry, the IEF method is quick, efficient and
accurate.
Ag-Biotech offers complimentary, free-of-charge genotyping
of inbred prenatal seed lines only for the purpose of hybrid
purity testing via PCR or IEF methods. Accuracy, speed and
confidentiality are our goals.
